Alan Ribnick
American Pride Construction
Dear Alan,
I wanted to thank you and your crew for the excellent work performed in the complete reconstruction of the badly deteriorated exterior finishes at Harbor View Villas. This was a major project, well in excess of $1,000,000 in overall costs, and had all of the complexity associated with remodeling existing buildings. Some critical items come to mind:
- Coordination: American Pride held to a schedule over three phases of work for more than a year.
- Cooperation: American Pride worked with multiple contractors, from carpenters and window installers, right down to flashing craftsmen, without anxiety.
- Cost: American Pride managed changes, always a critical aspect of any retrofit project, with fairness and concern for the Clients interests. Changes were priced fairly, and expedited to keep schedule.
- Craftsmanship: American Pride executed the work of the Contract in a safe, neat and workmanlike manner.
- Creativity: American Pride demonstrated a mastery of the materials, the available options and the tools of the trade to execute a uniform finish of complex connections, interfaces and even special designs by the Architect with dispatch and good humor.
I look forward to the opportunity to solve future projects with the same
élan that American Pride exhibited at Harbor View.
With warm regards,
Ethan Wilson Cliffton
Architect

American Pride Construction
Dear Mr.
Ribnick,
We are pleased to be able to offer to American Pride Construction the recommendation of Argus Construction Services, which we would be willing to advise your clients. The work of American Pride Construction on Harbor View Villas, San Francisco, was outstanding for the installation of replacement siding and railings. Your personal attention to the work was a valuable contribution to the overall success of the total retrofit.
I hope to work with you again soon.
Sincerely,
Alan R. Howard

Alan Ribnick
American Pride Construction
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have been asked to provide a letter of reference on behalf of American Pride Construction Services, Inc. Without reservation I endorse this company and it's management team lead by Alan
Ribnick, principal.
My experience with American Pride goes back to 1998. During 1995 I was elected president of the Board of Directors of Harbor View Villas 2 Homeowner Association located in San Francisco. Our annual income was $350,000 and we were bleeding red ink due to building component failure. The culprit was substandard construction, substandard materials and a miserable climate. We are on a hill overlooking San Francisco Bay where it is wet, windy and foggy. Our buildings suffered from water penetration, dry rot, mold and other manifestations concomitant to the environment.
We hired a consultant who immediately recommended vinyl siding.
We located American Pride through the manufacture and distributor. Both recommended the company.
You will find Al Ribnick a competent, ethical, honest business partner. He is an astute businessman. He will make a welcome addition to your construction management staff. He is a good guy and you should do business with him.
Yours truly,
Robert Durino
President HVV2
